Friendly hotel staff, fast service, clean rooms.

The hotel is close to the city center, Gubeng Station. I stayed for seven days for work. A suggestion would be to have a more varied breakfast menu.

In terms of strategic location, it is close to Surabaya mall. For cleanliness, it is quite clean. For the staff, it is really friendly. But for the room, for the type that has levels, at night it is noisy especially the sound of going up and down the stairs repeatedly (maybe children). I was almost going to sleep when suddenly the sound of stairs from the next room, so I was startled and couldn't sleep again, finally I could sleep at 2 am.. The walls are too thin so the noise next door was loud until I couldn't sleep peacefully... Lastly, breakfast, for me, breakfast at this hotel is too minimal. Fried rice, white rice, chicken and vegetables. The drinks are only hot tea, coffee and water. For fruit, only papaya. The sweet food is only white bread filled with chocolate sprinkles and butter... For me, it is not really recommended, with the nominal amount I paid, it would be better to choose another... because the price is almost the same as other hotels. If asked to repeat it, I don't think so... Sorry, sis.. I hope my review can be an evaluation. We paid not cheap.. but what I received was not commensurate with the price. Thank you

I booked an executive room and it was incredibly hot even though the AC was on full blast for about 2 hours. Most of the room faced east with glass. I was forced to upgrade to a loft, and the exhaust fan was incredibly loud. Oh well... the important thing was that the room was cool and the bathroom exhaust fan didn't need to be turned on. The room wasn't soundproof either, so you could hear sounds outside the hotel... sorry. Never coming back 🙏

The drinking water heater is broken, I have complained but it has not been serviced or replaced.

Best hotel, friendly staff, comfortable rooms

The process was quite complicated! Just for the key, they had to deposit 100,000 Rupiah. Checking out required waiting for the room to be checked. I've never stayed in a hotel like this, even though I was trying to catch a train. The bathroom still smelled of urine, and the hot water flowed slowly. The exhaust fan made a loud noise.

When I first entered the room, there were liquid stains on the pillowcase and sheets. It's unclear whether they had been changed. Even if they had been, sheets, let alone pillowcases with stains, shouldn't have been used.

The hotel is in the city center so it's convenient if you want to go anywhere nearby.

Hehe, the receptionist wasn't very clear when I first checked in. There was a long line, but the one who was let in first was the one who arrived last. Awesome.

There was a small cockroach on the table near the bed under the desk telephone, the bathroom floor was yellow and it looked like the tiles needed to be replaced, it looked dirty, the receptionist service was quite good, for solo travelers or two people the room was sufficient, but if you bring children (family) the trip was less comfortable because the room was quite narrow and the restaurant area for breakfast was also small.
