When I checked in (checked in at 12 midnight after my anniversary dinner with my husband), I clearly said to make sure I had a double bed. I even booked a double bed. When I entered the room, I was given twin beds. My husband and I had separate beds? When I called the receptionist, they casually said it was full. Why did I book so far in advance? I won't be coming back to stay here again. The receptionist was really stupid and poor housekeeping came at 1 am to move the beds to make them one. Putting them together is still uncomfortable!!!
