Room 103 has no soap. Cold and hot water also does not come out perfectly, the shower is not running optimally.

The hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly, but unfortunately the air-conditioning is not cold at all. In fact, there is no AC. even though I moved 2 rooms, the AC was the same. Can you replace or repair all the air conditioners? just really not really. very hot. My sister until 2 pm could not sleep because of the heat. I'm also not comfortable. cook 300 thousand like this really? 😭🤦
