The day before yesterday we went there on August 18, 2025, according to our order on travel**lok*, the family suite room type was 60m*, when we checked in it turned out that the room type was full, and the solution was to upgrade to a wooden house. After I checked on travel**lok* it turned out that my room type was downgraded, not upgraded. The point is the receptionist had lied, by saying the room was upgraded, it turned out to be a downgrade (the Family Suite type was transferred to the Wooden House type).
