I had a good experience here, the room is spacious, clean, there is support for early check-in at a reasonable cost, we checked in at 12:30 and the fee is 100k. There is a swimming pool. One thing I am not very satisfied with is that the homestay lends guests an iron but every time I go down to borrow it, there is no iron because some guests borrowed it and forgot to return it huhu

It was really great. I found the homestay on the app and booked it right away. I decided to travel to Ninh Binh the day before, so I booked a room that night and luckily there was still a room. And I didn't have too many expectations. But when I arrived, I was quite surprised because the space was great, the room was spacious, clean, the view was also very nice, it felt peaceful like at home. The owner was very cute and friendly. The road was very convenient, close to entertainment and tourist attractions. A great choice if you come to Ninh Binh

The home is extremely beautiful. At this price range in Ninh Binh, I think the home is the best. The room is larger and has more amenities than a 3.5-star hotel, the view of the fields is very poetic. I asked to check out 1 hour late (on the condition that no one had booked the room for the next day), the staff agreed and there was no extra charge. If you are still hesitant, you should book the home immediately.

The room should have curtains to reduce the light, the place for the makeup mirror should have a light for women to put on makeup, letting guests put on makeup in the dark is a big minus.

I booked the room quite late and urgently because I only decided to stay in Ninh Binh at night. Luckily, I was able to book a home with a beautiful view, a beautiful room, and a home style that made me feel close and comfortable. When I came back from a trip, stopping by the home was like stopping by my own house, everything was so chill and gentle. The home was also close to the center, but the road late at night was a bit scary because it was dark. I came back a bit late and all the lights nearby were off 🥲. In return, the room was spacious, with a view of the rice fields and mountains, looking like Mai Chau. The home owner was enthusiastic in supporting, and his family was also cheerful and friendly :333. The room was booked in a hurry but I was very satisfied 😻

Everyone at the homestay is very nice and enthusiastic. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean. The homestay rents motorbikes by the day, which is more convenient than taking a taxi (because the taxi fare to the locations is quite high).

The view is very nice, the space is all glass so you can see the whole mountain. There is no place to park the car so it has to be left outside, very inconvenient, the entrance is a bit small.

The photos are gorgeous, but the reality is not as beautiful as the photos. Not worth the money I paid because the furniture and equipment are old. The swimming pool and the first floor space are ok.
