Overall, the hotel is comfortable. There are plenty of water refills in every hallway, so you don't have to worry about getting thirsty (a plus point). There are windows (glass). The downside is the cleanliness of the equipment, such as the kettle which is a little moldy (not cleaned properly when washing, especially the lid of the kettle) and the towels that are damaged and a little damp, making them uncomfortable to use. The bathroom area is clean, the toilet is clean, and tissues are available. A hair dryer, toiletries, and toothbrushes are complete. Toilet cleaner/alcohol should be added for those who are not used to using water. The breakfast is great. Please add more eggs and potatoes and mixed vegetables. There is no vegetable soup.

The reception staff was actually nice and friendly, but the restaurant staff was incredibly bad. We went swimming in the morning, then went straight to the restaurant at 9. When we arrived, there was no food served. The receptionist had told us breakfast was from 7 to 10. Then, the restaurant staff politely told us it was closed. It was perfect for me to bring my family, including my parents, but my intended vacation turned out to be a disappointment. I was disappointed and won't be returning.

Choose a hotel here. It's a very affordable location in the center of town, and it's also affordable because the weekend rate included breakfast. Thank you. Perhaps you should consider the menu suggestions.

This is my third stay here. The place is comfortable, not far from Puncak. Complete facilities: gym, karaoke, PS, restaurant with delicious food. In the room there is a refrigerator, hair dryer, refill drink which not all hotels with minimal budget have. The staff is also friendly. However, the AC in the room is noisy so it is a bit annoying, then request a room with a view is not given (the receptionist is not attentive). But overall, love it. Thanks.

The location is quite strategic, not far from the Hoegeng Ciawi Police Station. The staff is polite and friendly. The facilities are quite complete, including a swimming pool, 5-person playground, billiards, and karaoke. It's suitable for families.
