My experience staying at this hotel was very enjoyable. The kids and parents were happy, the place was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the facilities were good. The food quality needs to be improved.

There is a pool too, even though it is small, check in is fast, and it has facilities for training and outbound activities.

The hotel is clean, spacious parking lot, clean rooms, plenty of gallon water for refilling drinks, clean swimming pool, cold AC, kids and family friendly. Next time if you stay in Puncak area again, it's better here.

Comfortable room, refillable drinks, clean toilet, lots of activity options, nice air, restaurant available, but the breakfast taste is just so-so. The point is it's quite enjoyable. Thank you

The hotel is located next to the Ciawi toll road. The staff is friendly and the environment is clean. Unfortunately, only one toilet tissue is provided and there is no tissue in the room. There are swimming pool facilities, table tennis, billiards, soccerboard, karaoke, PS 5, bicycles and bogey cars. The breakfast menu is quite varied and tastes good. For children aged 5-12 years, an additional fee of 35 thousand and 75 thousand for adults is charged

The female staff during the check-in process were very friendly, the bathroom area was clean, only when I first entered there were a few strands of hair on the bed, and there were stains on the sheets. Overall okay, have stayed here 2x with family.

2nd time staying here for 3hrs 2mlm, very satisfying in all aspects. suitable for family accommodation and safe area if there are children, only lacking wifi facilities. highly recommended for vacation!
