There was no one in the reception area when we arrived. We waited for 2-3hrs before the receptionist arrived.

The room was very dusty, there was no one to clean the room for a long time, the security guard was the one to help check in. Moldy pillow can't lie down Blanket is too dirty The security guard changed it but it's still not clean Too bad

Đặt phòng Dorm Nữ nhưng lại cho ở chung với nam, không hề tôn trọng khách, đến khi phát hiện ra thì mới chịu đổi qua phòng khác, điều hoà nóng không chịu bật, gọi điện cả ngày từ sáng đến tối không ai chịu take care

Khách sạn cũ, lâu ngày không có khách ở nên có cả gián trong các ô gạch trên tường. Phòng thì hầm, bí, nóng. Sảnh chung thì dơ, không ai dọn dẹp. Mình thực sự rất bực mình khi book phòng cho người thân ở mà gặp trải nghiệm quá tồi tệ!

Nice room, good. With the price of 3xx/night for 2 people, I was really surprised about the design and service here. At first I chose haphazardly because I only stayed for 1 night, so I didn't look carefully at the room. The room has a rainbow view, the design is often dynamic raw cement. Downstairs there is a cafe, the staff is attentive and cute. Although the latte in the shop is out of stock, you still accept 20 minutes to start the coffee machine to make your own hot latte because I can't drink ice. Ah, she also noticed that the day before I asked for filtered water that was not cold, the next morning I brought it to me that was not cold!!

Quan was very enthusiastic and lent us a car because we couldn't rent a car. Out of single rooms, the staff members upgraded to a 2-bedroom room. On weekends, the bar plays very good music. Extremely satisfied

The location is easy to find, close to the Dragon and Han River Bridge, in front of the hostel is the Han Market. It's easy to find local buses too.

The room is clean but: - no closet - no TV - no fridge - no dressing table - quite small room - Too noisy! The next room, do nothing here. Polite staff each guest visiting the first visit to ask anything is unknown

Hello Hong Thuy, The Vietnam Hostel would like to thank you for taking the time to evaluate our service. The room I booked is Superior Single Room - Single room. This room type is best suited for 1 user and has an area of 15m2. So if 2 users will be a little tight. In addition, the information about utilities in my room has been specified in the Description. The facilities in my comment are not in the room description of our sisters. The Vietnam Hostel would also like to acknowledge your opinion about the receptionist. I went to Da Nang for the Danang international half marathon. I spent most of the time outside and only slept and had a bath at the hostel. The total experience was ok. It was valuable for the money (175,000 vnd/ night/bed) except for the fact that I had the bed bug bites and the the share facilities (computer, sofa )were dusty, the cafeteria was closed due to some reasons. The staff was helpful and enthusiastic.
