Enak, mau kemana-mana dekat, room nya bersih dan wangi, pelayanannya memuaskan

Tidak ada air panas. Tv tidak bisa, remote tv baterai kosong. Bau kamar mandi tidak sedap, parkir mobil tidak memadai.

Good location, unfortunately the parking area + hot cold water faucet is difficult to regulate, need a small / dim light while sleeping. Thank you

Dirty bathroom, dirty mattress, TV can't. regret.

The tv facilities are broken, the place is dirty, a lot of dust and garbage is still left.

Lokasinya di lantai 2,kluar kamar langsung ketemu kafe yg berlokasi di balkon, air panas ok, kebersihan ok banget tp sayangnya aku gak dpt kamar yg ada jendela buat langsung liat pemandangan keluar atau semacam balkon pribadi dari kamar itu..kucing q boleh ikut bubuk di kamar tanpa tambahan biaya² asal hewan peliharaanya bnr² bersih & terlatih buat tdk pub/pipis & makan sembarangan y tentunya.

Tempat parkir dibawah tp dipinjamkan gembok cakram untuk spd motor, tidak ada tmpt sampah.

With the price that much is quite okay plus: cleanliness of the room and bathroom okay, strategic location, the staff is quite friendly and comfortable. Minus: bed linen is still rather dirty, does not provide shampoo, toothpaste and drinking water in the room, minimal parking space because in front of the shops so rather uncomfortable driving in front of the shop.

The receptionist is less professional when serving customers while playing games.

I didn’t get the room that I booked, which is twin standard. TV and jet shower closet didn’t work. Have complained this to the staff but didn’t help or offer any solution so I moved to other accommodation. super disappointing :(

When checking out the dead water cannot be used for bathing, please be more professional.
