I highly recommend Cordex Oase Hotel because the rooms are clean and comfortable, the facilities are also supportive, and the staff are friendly.

I like the location because it is in the city center and also the AC in the room is very cold, but some things need to be improved, one of which is the room door which has a gap, it is very uncomfortable to see.

After work, I checked in and went out to find dinner nearby. The bed was comfortable, quiet, and there was hot water and drinking water provided.

The sheets, pillowcases and towels were already yellow, the AC couldn't be adjusted, there was no hot water, no toiletries (only soap combined with shampoo) not worth the money

The AC in room 306 needs servicing. I like the bathroom and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxing.

Initially in room 202, then asked to move because the room was being repaired, then to 302 the AC was noisy, the hot water ran out & the sink had a small water tank. Asked to move to 205 but in the middle of the night, noisy neighbors

Every time I go to Riau, I always stop by this hotel. The staff are friendly. There are lots of culinary delights around, especially at night, just walk. The location is on the main road of Pekanbaru city.
