The gym could use more gear

Not my first time booking with them but this time around my room smelled like cigarettes.. I reported it to the lobby and no one was sent. Its a shame because in the past ive had good experiences.

Its comfortable, different spaces to enjoy, friendly staff, clean and great food! A++

Everything was exceptional except on Saturday evening there was a big party and the noise shook up my bed and the windows. It went on till 1:00 am.

Excelente atención.

Hotel muy bonito y moderno pero el staff no fue muy amable. El chico de recepción fue desagradable al atendernos en el check in, luego muy temprano en la mañana nos abrieron la puerta la persona de limpieza y acabábamos de salir del baño, casi nos ve sin ropa. Por el contrario el mesero que nos atendió en el restaurante japonés fue muy muy amable y atento, no recuerdo su nombre pero su atención fue excelente.
