The reception staff was exceptionally kind and very helpful with my request. I really appreciate you making my days so enjoyable.

The staff was nice but this place was really noisy. They offer no blankets. The room had no door to it so. SO no privacy at all. I ended up leaving early. However, ih did have a nice breakfast offered.

The staff are lovely, kind and helpful, the location is a little far out but good. The hostel itself is a cool set up with communal kitchen but I decided to leave early due to a a couple of long term guests who seem to have some mental health issues. Their behaviour made me very uncomfortable. The staff found me a new room for the night and refunded me leaving early. They did speak to the people in question but I think they need to be proactive about strange guests.

Very conveniently located near the centre of Tirana and easy for pick ups for any tour company you book. Also has restaurants, super markets and fruit shops within 1 to 2 minutes walk. They have a communal fridge and kitcken as well. And open seating area. I stayed in the private bedrooms with private shower and toilet so i had privacy. Place is a little run down, so not very modern if you want something fancy, but you pay for what you get. Overall i am happy with my stay. And reception staff are lovely and friendly.

Convenient to city center

Super central and a nice cosy spot, with a team who go out of their way to make you welcome. Definitely recommend.

Clean and central

Value for money, close to city centre ,friendly staff. Surprised the price includes breakfast and its a good breakfast too(eggs and fruit,coffee,bread,cakes). The super market next door is a bonus and good walking distance to the sightseeing centre. Definitely worth the price . Bed is comfortable and good music playlist. Generally i think Albanians has good ear for music. I totally enjoyed my stay and made friends.

Hostel is about a 20 minute walk from where the bus drops people off coming from the airport into Tirana. I would definitely suggest booking the 4 bed dorm, because the other rooms aren't actual rooms but rather a hallway that the hostel just put beds in.

Reception lady was very helpful. The best improvement would be to make a bus map for Tirana available, with instructions how to reach the hostel from the airport bus stop at Skanderbe square. Google maps shows no buses in Tirana, which is false . Green line bus stop 2 minutes from hostel.

Cons: The structure of the room feels odd: imagine a hallway leading to a private room, the shared room is in the hallway. Pros: nice garden for social, comes with nice breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay at Mosaic Home! The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a great common area to meet fellow travelers too. The hostel is in a great location and was very spacious and clean. Highly recommend!

The day staff are great! Always ready to help and we were happy to have some breakfast ready in the morning. We were assigned with a moldy room with no windows (there was a filty back balcony and if you leave the entrance door open the smell of smoke would come to our room). We talked to Melisa and she promptly moved us to a nicer room with new finishes and a window (yey). Hope the higher management fix that room, seriously. We didn't use the common areas since people were smoking everywhere (besides the room and the kitchen, everywhere else). When we quickly used the kitchen the evening staff was a bit annoying checking if the stove hood on - like 3x in 30 min. Wish they cared more about the smell of cigarettes than the smell of food. We sent some clothes for washing and it came back great, we also use the shuttle to the airport and went everything perfect.
