Good position and very good hotel

Clean, quiet, comfortable, the only thing which was annoing was that they installed 3 lamps too low and they block the access to the window and drapes.

Typical Holiday Inn standard - very good; pity breakfast not included in room rate. Staff very helpful and very good size room. Quite some way from city centre but tram and Metro within 100m of hotel.

Excellent breakfast! Staff, especially the sweet blond-haired lady at the front desk, was exceptional.

The hotel was in quiet location. Grocery store, bank, gas station were all nearby. No major restaurants. The only draw back, the bed was hard and it was a true queen size bed. It was 2 twin beds put together. It hurt my hips or around the upper side of my thighs. I didn't get much due to the bed. I didnt want to move to a different room. I had a great view.

No parking or even load/unload bags zone in front of the hotel Very challenging, ta say it midly…

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and allowed us to check in far before 3 PM. They switched some rooms around to make this happen, and even gave me a free upgrade. I got a room with a balcony on the 9th floor, which was really cool. Breakfast was good, there was plenty of seating. The room had all luxuries that you would expect, including a minibar and a good airco system. The only downside that I can name for this hotel is that there is not much parking space for the hotel itself, which forces you to use the residential parking area which is very crowded.

We checked around 0100 and the person who checked us in was kind and patient and informative.
