Clean, quiet rooms in the middle of the busy city. Confidently located and with their own car park. Staff were very helpful.

Nice spacious room

This was a very affordable property, the staff was friendly, and it was easy to accommodate a late arrival past midnight. The only two inconveniences for me, was that there's no elevator to the upper rooms, and I was carrying very heavy luggage, so I had to drag the heavy luggage up two sets of stairs to my room. Also, for the summer, it may not be the best option, because the rooms have no air conditioner, there's a portable fan in the room, which helps, but if it gets really hot, it could be very uncomfortable.

The room was clean and the bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. The room I had faced a court yard so it was very quiet. There is milk, tea, coffee and a blueberry muffin and cookie to great you. Claudia is a wonderful manager!

Unfortunately the country was experiencing a heat wave during our time there. The fan provided was not effective in moving the air. We had a problem with our television but they were helpful in resolving the issue. Close to stop #2 on the hop on/off bus which was great! Lots of local cafes close.

The carpet was old, so there was a strong smell in the hallway.

Nice apartment with a good bathroom and comfortable beds. Basic cooking facilities of microwave, toaster, fridge and kettle. Main drawback is that it's on a very busy road so noisy - and someone had been smoking in my room before me so had to have the window open. They provide earplugs.

Will definitely be back!

We had a one night stay - check was easy and we were very please with our room layout for the four of us. Lots of room for luggage and us. We appreciated the snacks and coffee/tea/water and juice boxes. Lots of hot water for showers. Everything was clean and tidy!

Friendly staff, private parking ( cost extra) but was conveniently located behind building. Hotel was walkable to many restaurants. Easy drive to Dublin airport.

Parking is VERY difficult to find and once inside, it looks very unkempt. Use code to enter parking area. Use a different code to enter the building. Area is in bad condition. Once inside building, we walked up 2 floors where carpet desperately needs cleaning or replacing. The room was unlocked and keys were inside. Room is very small and carpet needs replacing. Bed covers are old and stained. Snacks were left for us. Bathroom is very small and dirty, not just dust but years of grim around baseboards and in shower. So bad, we did not shower. Walked to get dinner but neighborhood is sketchy. We were there about 10 hours total. Would not recommend.

I was spending a layover afternoon with a jam-packed several hours of sightseeing and other delights. Just needed a good space to lay my head that was (close-in,relatively) quiet, clean, safe, and comfortable. TD&H Checked the boxes on all counts and was a good value.
