The hotel is so bad, the room is dirty and the toilet is so disgusting, I saw on Traveloka Hotel Anh Thu 8.1 so I tried to book for 1 day to see how it was, if it was right then I would continue to stay, but when I first checked in and entered the new room I felt scared because it was deserted and gloomy and cold, so I asked to change to another room on the 2nd floor but the room could not be locked and was very old, I asked to change again and moved to the 3rd floor, the same as the previous 2 rooms, I felt really bored, no customer service, just giving the room key to the guest to go up to the room themselves, if the guest was not satisfied then they could go down and request to change, I went 3 times like that and I also paid 350 thousand in advance, so can everyone put themselves in the same situation as me, the toilet was dry before being used, after using it the sewer smell was so strong that I couldn't go in the morning, I had to hold back and go down to check out at exactly 7am
