Very basic but very clean.

Property was clean, location was perfect. It’s basic, but we knew that when we booked. Price is unbeatable. Only hiccup was water was not potable, bring your own drinking water. Upon arrival, we were offered either two queen beds no tv or one queen/one twin bed with tv…when we booked two queen beds and tv. Didn’t matter as we weren’t in Haines Junction for tv :). Wifi is fairly strong.

The kitchenette was equipped but the carpet and floor were stained and dirty. The beds were ok and the sheets clean. Overall pretty funky.

Absolutely no way to control the heat and it smelled

The blinds has slats missing so you could see in my room from the outside. I didn't feel safe staying at that motel. I will not be staying again.

It does need some updating but the employee is very nice and helped when needed. It's a comfortable place to stay. Has your basic needs and quiet at night.

The room and appliances were just right for a day or two stay. I could not figure out the TV remote, so I was stuck watching one channel. I would stay again.

This property was dated but clean. The lady who checked us in was awesome, friendly and helpful. The view was phenomenal!!

Good value for the area

Was thankful to have a dry warm room while traveling through Alaska and the Yukon on a motorcycle. It was not a five star resort but was very affordable and had everything needed.

I appreciate the staff letting me do my laundry.

Great for one night. Haines Junction is a rural community, so the accommodations are rustic. Clean rooms, nice bathrooms/showers. Quiet for being right near the road.

Rustic but clean. Exactly what we needed on a long drive with few services near by. The price was the best in town.

The price was great and staff friendly. Room was dated, refrigerator not cold or clean.

The Stardust is your basic motel. Nothing really remarkable one way or the other, and I would not dissuade anyone from staying there. I would recommend getting a unit near the office as the internet is much better (i.e., rooms 5 or 6): it was pretty anemic in room 2, so I would walk down towards the office when I needed a better connection. The cheapest place to get gas in town is next door to the Stardust. Pretty view from the porch.

Filthy I will never stay there again I left at 1:30 am couldn’t take it anymore. Go see it yourself. It’s disgusting. There is no way I’d recommend anyone ever stay in there. I would rather something in my car.

Clean & convenient location.

Very old building and decor. Clean for the age of the hotel. Minimal amenities.

Bed was comfortable, staff very nice. Hot water ran out in 4 minutes, cold shower. Towels are thin and small. Bathroom needs upgrade. Ok for one night but I wouldn't stay again.
