Clean Hotel rooms and good breakfast and dinner buffet . The only issue is a foul smell in the rooms which was explained is common in all the hotels due to fishery trucks and related activities.

Staff is overcharging for a lot of food items

Rooms were spotless, very pleasant environments and close to the beach. Not to mention breakfast buffet was delicious and nutritious. Highly recommendable.

Rooms was clean and nice.

The shower head was broken. And the hot and cold knob wasn’t working well. It was giving sometime hot and cold water during shower. The toilet jet fresh handle was also dripping water.

The Staff were polite but lacked training in hospitality. On several occasions we had to ask for things. Lack of communication and experience was lacking amongst staff even though they kept of apologising

Good location and property

Lovely large luxurious room . Booked two King rooms . Excellent quick service from staff . Attention to details by housekeeping would have helped ratings. Pick a room facing away from the road if you prefer quiet. We were on the fourth floor and still got some street noise. Not a dealbreaker.

Quiet Old property. Washroom is too small and room had a bad smell.

The frond desk staff need more training in customer service, they were very rude & in experienced. We had booked two rooms under one reservation but they were having trouble finding the information & were asking us to provide screen shot. The breakfast was complementary but we were charged for the breakfast. The service in the restaurant was excellent, we enjoyed the food & service provided by Sneha.

Service & front desk people are very slow. I have booked my trip via Expedia & they have no idea that I have booked this trip or not..so confused when I checked in…the girl at the front desk were so confused that she gotta go inside & ask for her manager.

Bed smells and back yard looks was not acceptable, was not able to sleep due too fan noise and not enough cooling through air . Food in restaurant was ok .

Everything was horribly horribly nasty and bad except shower
