Not 5* quality The spa is hardly a spa. The steam room looked like it hadn’t been turned on for a long long time. Looked dirty. Rooms are very dark with confusing light switches. Staff lovely& great location.

Absolutely fantastic hotel in an ideal location with excellent service. Will definitely stay here again! The front desk staff were superb and very helpful, breakfast was marvelous, and the location simply can't be beat. Despite being on the 1st floor my room was quiet - no noise carry over from street or lobby.

I enjoyed the hotel and the staff were helpful. However, I would not stay here again because the lighting in the bathroom was so poor that it made getting ready in the morning a chore. I moved the lamp from the bedroom into the bathroom which helped.

We spent 3 nights just before Christmas. Hotel was overall fantastic. Location was the best. Close to every where you want to go in Paris. Loved the decor in the hotel and in the room. Kind of enjoyed the music being piped in the room (you can turn it off if that is not your thing). The cons, for us, were the light controls. They made it way too complicated to figure out how to turn the lights on and off. Also our bathroom, there was a step up from the sink/shower area to the toilet which was kind of dangerous when going to the bathroom at night.

This was easily one of my favorite hotel experiences ever. Tucked away on a side street in the Marais but close to shopping, restaurants, parks, markets. The room itself felt like having a little pied-a-terre in Paris. Welcome champagne, comfortable bed, shower you wanted to stay in forever, fun record collection in the room and the most friendly and helpful staff - i really can't wait to return have already looked up what other hotels they have in other cities! I look forward to returning to somewhere that made us feel so welcome.
