There is no hot water, very disappointed, even though I went to Cipanas and wanted hot water😌

Canceled stay, just checked in 10 minutes and checked out. The room smelled musty, the bathtub was filled with cold water. No TV, the door was hard to open. Very neglected.

This inn is not a hotel. Not maintained cleanliness not maintained already paid for 3D 2N Finally 1N is enough enough is enough

Kamar mandi kotor banget, banyak semut. Bau, handuknya sangat jelek sekali gak ada perawatan. Ada air minum galon untuk semua kamar. Kamar 20 lampu depannya mati, seprai nya jelek, kasur keras bgt. Semoga menjadi perhatian manejemen hotel.

Untuk backpacker kayak kita ini termasuk nyaman ya. Untuk yang di aplikasi ini kamar paling murah ekonomi 2. Makannya kita upgrade ke ekonomi 1 tambah 100 ribu dapet kamar ada TV nya. Kamarnya bersih. Hanya saja ada noda darah entah lipstick di tembok dekat kasur. Tembok kamar mandinya hanya setengah badan jadi kalo mandi atau buang air bisa keliatan. Pelayanannya ramah. Air panasnya memang kurang panas karena mungkin sedikit jauh dari wilayah sumber air panas tapi untuk saya pas.

Kecewa sama hotel nya, tidak sesuai dengan foto, kamar bau dan masa tidak ada pintu toilet. Tolong di perbaikin lah biar tamu betah dan nyaman, untung mas mas penjaga nya ramah dan helpful.
