You can never go wrong staying here, the facilities are complete, the rooms are comfortable, and the food is delicious.

Pullman Vimala Hills isn't just a place to stay, but a destination to recharge. The price is certainly premium, but it's worth it for the amenities, delicious food, and serenity you'll find.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, hospitality according to 5 stars, for the breakfast menu is very varied and delicious, for a 5 star hotel class, a deposit is required which makes the check-in and check-out process long, while there is no minibar in the room, the rules are a bit strange, not flexible, compared to other 5 star hotels that do not require a deposit. And to get to the room from the lobby or vice versa, there are many large worms, so it is a bit uncomfortable and a pity for people who have a phobia of worms.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stayed here for a short family getaway and really enjoyed it. The hotel is only about an hour from West Jakarta, making it perfect for a quick escape. The facilities are complete and very kids friendly. Room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back. First time to Pullman and very impressive, starting from the very comfortable room, many facilities, recommended for children until my child was hard to take home hehe.. And the breakfast is highly recommended.. This will be a favorite hotel in Bogor.. Thank you Pullman.

lots of fun games for children

For the location is very close to the toll access. For the service there are some staff who I think are not good, such as at the registration section where guests who stay should get a photo voucher but it is not immediately given, must be asked first and at the car delivery section is less communicative where guests should get food for animals such as rabbits and deer but must be asked again. For the taste of the food and cleanliness everything is good and for hotel facilities such as children's games need improvement in several locations such as the billiard table where the balls sometimes get stuck, PS that sometimes overheats and basketball whose score display often errors.

Second time here and always satisfied with the super friendly service from all the staff. Cleanliness is good and the food is delicious in all the restaurants. Dinner at Damar, lunch at Padi

It's my 6th time staying at Pullman and will always come back. Very strategic hotel, lots of activities, food is really good, and I love the environment.

Hotel staff offered an upgrade

Went with my husband and children, the children were super happy, there were many large swimming pools, you could choose, the facilities were complete.

Got double bed instead of king bed, but thankfully it was sorted. Hope there will be no mix-up in the future.

We would like to share some feedback regarding our stay. The experience was not in line with our expectations. In Room 7605, the water was consistently hot with no option for normal temperature, and the water pressure was noticeably low. In addition, as a five-star hotel, we were quite surprised to learn that complimentary drinking water could only be refilled once. We hope this feedback can be taken into consideration for future improvements.

Good service especially for Damar restaurant’s pegawai named Selly or Sully (forgot a bit), she's good at service, nice hotel, and impressive.

This hotel is very comfortable, with friendly staff, spacious, and clean rooms. There are plenty of activities, and the most enjoyable part is the warm family pool. The location is excellent, eliminating the traffic jams to Puncak and allowing you to enjoy a pleasant vacation.

So far, the best hotel in the Puncak area, and I always want to stay again, of course with my extended family.

Very nice hotel, worth the 5 stars. Kids friendly with a lot of kids activities. Recommended hotel to spend time with your family. They have warm water in the pool.
