A nice and comfortable hotel, with friendly staff. The Altera Skylounge was truly memorable, allowing us to relax and enjoy a meal with a view of the hills and Mount Lawu. In the morning, we were able to watch the sunrise, even though it was fog-free.

The service was excellent. The hotel staff and security were friendly and responsive. The rooms were clean. The vibe was really comfortable. The breakfast refills took a while, and at around 8:30, some of the items were already finished, huhu. But it was okay. If I go to Tawangmangu, I'll stay at the Facade Hotel again. There are also many food stalls and a fruit market near the hotel. You can walk to Grojogan Sewu because it's close to the hotel.

Clean, well-lit, and tidy, but the bathroom in the villa was a bit smelly. The room is quite spacious, comfortable for bringing children. You can play ping pong, badminton, and archery. There is a jacuzzi.

The hotel is really good, clean, and there's a small market around the hotel that sells fruits and vegetables. The rooms are okay, yesterday we were with a family and booked 4 rooms, and the best one was the one with a pool view. The only downside is the jacuzzi pool, the water is cloudy because people have jumped in wearing clothes they've been wearing after walking around, who knows where. But I don't know if the hotel's water isn't changed regularly or what, but the water is just cloudy.

Recommended accommodation in Tawangmangu area with very complete facilities, just entering the room already provided snacks, there is a swimming pool, sports equipment, children's play area. And equipped with a restaurant where the food is delicious ". Must try again. If we are confused? Don't worry, the hotel staff will provide super complete information and of course with very friendly service. This hotel has a good view both at night or in the morning of course with a view of Mount Lawu and a cozy and modern hotel interior looks. About the price? Of course it's pocket-friendly. When checking in, our ID card was held, if we didn't want our ID card to be held, we were asked to deposit 200 thousand. Breakfast for 2 days there was the same menu, nothing was changed. The taste of the food and cakes was also not very good in my opinion. But the hotel facilities, rooms, swimming pool and jacuzzi were all okay

Got a top floor room, as requested, mountain view and swimming pool. When it was first operational during covid, I stayed here, good service, breakfast was delivered to the room, so far I'm satisfied staying at Facade, especially after the building was enlarged with more complete facilities.
