Great stay at Trip Inn Hotel Hamm Koblenz! I had a very pleasant stay at Trip Inn Hotel Hamm Koblenz. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any questions. The location is peaceful yet still convenient for exploring Koblenz and nearby attractions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This is a scam Hotel. I booked for 2 nights to escape the summer heat wave and their amenities stated that all rooms are airconditioned. Upon confirming via telephone call, they say they only have electric fan. When I ask for a cancellation, their policy will not allow you and will incur the charge as 1 night stay on top of cancellation fee! 278 Euro gone in an instant!

Nice location about a 15 minute walk from the Koblenz HBF. Very nice desk staff, Room very clean, good number of outlets for charging items, no safe in the room. Our room had an instant hot water heater so plenty of hot water for shower.

I have only one word for this hotel: TERRIBLE! I stayed there for 4 nights and during the first night I couldn't sleep in my room because the mattress was stinky (and the entire 'hotel' has a strange/bad smell). The rooms are really small and everything related to the cleanliness could be improved. From the entire staff only one person was able to speak English, so the communication was pretty bad. Another bad thing is that the reception is open only until 10PM. For sure I won't go back there ever.
