excellent location, great staff, wonderful ambience. The only con being access would have to be from 9th floor of the building.

Under the hotel there is a family mart. And there is direct access to the food court.

My stay was wonderful at the hotel with the central location, easy to access all malls around it, especially the Osaka Central station. We had a good stay even though room standard in Japan is small for a family with kid. So far so good. We will be back again!

The location was so convenient! Linked to Osaka station… and many other shopping, dining hubs in the area! The check-in and check-out process used machines, but staff were there to help in case you experienced troubleshooting. Staying at this hotel really made your travel easier!

The location is awesome, rooms are clean. The only feedback would be too little washing machine and dryer for such a huge hotel and the 1 hour grace should reduce to 15 minutes to minimize inconsiderate behaviour from guest using the laundry service.

Great location next to Osaka station. Newly opened hotel with a nice and clean atmosphere. The hotel provided free coffee and tea, also necessary items like a comb and toothbrush at the lobby on the 9th floor. Very good hotel indeed.

It is easy to access from Osaka Station. The room is clean. The facilities are complete.

The location is great! You can access it via JR Osaka and there is direct access to the station! Under it, there are a shopping mall, Yodobashi Camera, and Famima. The room was ok, it was a bit packed but still acceptable. The amenities were ok. The staff were not the most helpful ones but still accepted because the hotel was very full! It was very crowded at the lobby, so if you want to stay, be prepared to see or meet a lot of people.

Lokasi hotel dekat dengan Stasiun Osaka Umeda. Banyak shopping mall, untuk makan banyak di lantai 8, lobi hotel lantai 9. Untuk awal memang agak membingungkan. Untuk masuk ke lift lobi hotel (lantai 9) bisa via jalur links (sejenis jembatan penyeberangan antar beberapa gedung di sekitar Stasiun Osaka/Umeda (lift lobi lantai 2) atau via ground (lantai 1).
