great place to stop over night from Melbourne . Friendly , clean, comfortable and park at the door.

Clean tidy room

The town of Kaniva you cant drink the water at present

Bed was comfortable and nice crisp sheets. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. Bathrooms are dated. Coffee cup was not checked when restocked so was dirty.

Host was very welcoming.

After a long drive we were greeted with a warm and friendly face and the rooms are beautifully clean with a comfortable bed and nice hot shower. Perfect place to spend a night and don't rush out of Kaniva without checking out their sheep art trail!

Comfortable overnight stay.

Easy access off the highway but not too much traffic noise

The unit struggles with conditions beyond its control. Interstate trucks run through all night creating a background noise which is irritating but not terrible.. The unit was not on a regular water supply, but management kept us adequately supplied with bottled water.

I did like the welcome, personal tour and the space we had to move around. If possible I would have loved two of everything crockery/ cutlery.

Great attention from the team, lovely local artwork, and topped off with a very comfortable bed.
