The location is quite convenient for getting to nearby tourist attractions like Jagalchi Market or Busan Station. However, there's no designated drop-off point, and sometimes you have to cross the road with your luggage to reach the nearest bus stop, which is about a 200-meter walk away. The rooms are spacious and have great views. However, I found the interior to have a bit too much glass. Overall, it's a reasonably priced place to stay considering the location and accessibility.

Easy check in, great location. We book 3 rooms and emailed the hotel to get on the same floor but they couldn't give all room on the same floor. Cleanliness could be improve.

Receptionists are delayed in serving small bathrooms. nothing interesting But the location is very good. Can walk to important places around. Overall normal.

While the room is spacious & clean, the hotel is over-rated & not well maintained. Disappointed that their sauna is closed due to COVID reasons. Their rooftop garden gives you a panoramic view of Busan. 10 min walk to Lotte Gwangbok
