Buen hotel con todos los servicios y habitaciones muy cómodas mejor que en las fotos. Buen desayuno, piscina y vista increíbles. Ubicación un poco alejada de los atractivos turísticos de la isla. Muy recomendable para familia y descansar.

We had a great time on Jeju Island and this hotel made everything even better. From the laundry facility to easy access to restaurants nearby and convenience stores to helpfulness of the staff. The gorgeous views from our room, with jacuzzi tub was an added treat. We look forward to returning ASAP!.

Friendly staff, breakfast is good and overall great except the room aircon can be better if we can set the temperature as it can’t seems to adjust to be warmer or cooler.

This is not a 5 star hotel. The hotel itself is rundown and looks like a place out of the 80s or 90s and mostly has a depressing vibe. The hotel room was clean and the staff are nice, however. But if you're looking for a luxury hotel, look elsewhere.

We had a great time! Good location and nice facilities. The tub in the room was enjoyable. Restaurant was good, though a bit expensive for Jeju. The hot tub did not get very hot.

Not as expected. Promoting video is not showing today’s state. Roof terrace had only 2 tables 8 chairs and one couch. No pillows or parasols. Same around and old pool. Needs major upgrades.

Hotel is nice and rooms are spacious (bathroom is small) but the dinner staffing was insufficient the one night we had dinner at the hotel. There was only 1 cook in the kitchen and 1 waiter and about 5 tables so food arrived bit by bit over a 90 minute period. I would suggest eating out all the time as nearby restaurants are better than hotel but the hotel overall is good and i would stay there again.

Perfect place to stay in Jeju. Nice rooms, Good staff , good service and great view. Stayed for 5 nights. Everything in Jeju is almost in South Jeju, so this is a perfect center place to visit Jeju.

Stayed here four nights. Great location just outside the city. The room was very clean and it was very easy to drive in the southern area. Has free parking and nearby restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very helpful to also have free laundry room service. There are two washers and two driers. Game room for kids. Pool and outdoor jacuzzi amenity was great. Had jacuzzi in room too which was nice.

I did stay or 2 days and had a great time. The pool was heated for sure, but I didn't get a chance to use it, however we did use the indoor Jacuzzi and was happy. They have a great tour right from the hotel which circles near the ocean and was very pretty. Breakfast was decent, would have preferred tags for food to clearly define it's contents, else I had to ask which one was vegan and non-vegan. The staff was helpful though in every which way. The front desk including Sally and the two other gentleman were always with a smile trying to give you feedback on how to plan your stay. Overall fantastic stay and close enough for most of tourist sports too

The property is kind of small

The room was very big and spacious. Amazing sea view too! And the bathtub was definitely an highlight. Unfortunately, the breakfast was a big disappointment — super expensive and very low quality and taste. Finally, the gym was also a joke. Very few old equipment on a terrible flooring.

Gold One is a very nice boutique hotel located on south shore about one hour drive from Jeju airport. The rooms were large with comfortable beds and elegant, spacious bathrooms. Our room had a beautiful view of the ocean. The breakfast was comprehensive with made to order steak and eggs. Parking for our rental car was free and easy. The staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. We did not use the pool but it looked very nice. The trail from the hotel through the Secret Garden was an unexpected highlight. The location was reasonably central for touring sites to the west and east but travel is slow due to speed cameras on most roads.

Staff were very accomodating and helpful. Beds were comfortable without being too plush or hard. Pool was heated when we stayed there (April) which was nice in the cool weather, but got a little stuffy the longer we stayed. The shallow kid pool wasnt heated so we cooled down there. No toiletries or amenities provided (except body wash, shampoo, conditioner) [as per South Korean laws and regulations]

Very comfortable room. Excellent breakfast selection. Beautiful view of the waters in the East China Sea.

Overall, a wonderful property in a fantastic location, staffed with friendly and professional folks who are very good English speakers. Every room has an ocean view, and for the price we got on the hotels.com site, it was a terrific deal. Everything was clean, convenient, and easy. In the future, it would be great to see the fitness center expanded. :) Highly recommend!
