Our apartment was absolutely amazing and as stunning as the pictures. Perfect with our three year old who called it our 'home-tel,' Our flights were delayed on the way out, I was able to call through to reception who provided us with access to the property after reception hours with really clear instructions. We just loved it so much, will definitely be back.

This is our second time staying at Tandem Palacio Alfama Suites. The aparments are quite large, very light and bright. The bed is really comfortable and the amenities are great. We look forward to our next visit!

Excellent reception staff!

Nice apartments in the heart of Alfama can make it a bit of fun for the drop off and pick up rides. Location served us well and units were clean and comfortable. Walk anywhere and enjoy Lisbon.

Property was nice. The apartments were a good size. We spoke to the staff and there was no coffee in the rooms and there was none on site for anyone. Food was left over from previous people staying in the cabinets and unfortunately the heating in the room and the gym was not functional and showing error codes. Maybe wrong time to be there?

Great property in a great location, had a very comfortable stay and would definitely stay here again when visiting Lisbon.

The room was perfect for our family of 4. The kids shared a comfortable pull-out in the living room while the full kitchen helped ensure they were never hungry between each stop of our adventure. Having access to the laundry made it even better. Perhaps what was most spectacular was the stunning roof deck - if only we'd stayed in late spring or summer so it was warm enough to enjoy the pool!

Disappointing Stay with Unexpected Charges – I recently stayed at Tandem Hotel in Lisbon, and my experience was highly disappointing due to misleading charges and poor customer service. I booked and paid in advance through Expedia, assuming that was the full cost of my stay. However, upon arrival, the front desk agent informed me that I owed additional taxes, which I expected. But then he claimed that Expedia had not charged me for the room at all and insisted I pay them directly. Caught off guard, but pleased it was less then Expedia quoted I provided my card. Later, I discovered I had been charged twice—once by Expedia and again by Tandem . This was never disclosed upfront, and had I known, I would have never stayed there. Upon returning to the U.S., I realized there was no way to dispute the charge directly with the hotel, making this even more frustrating. We liked our apartment which is on the top floor with partial view of the waterfront and cruise ships. The apartment was very quiet and the beds were very comfortable. It is conveniently located with lots of good restaurants and small shops nearby. It is walkable to few attractions including Commercial square (downtown), the famous 28E tram stop, Saint George castle, and a few beautiful outlooks. We enjoyed our stay here!

It was good stay- local neighborhood that is safe, accessible, walkable, historic- next to the Pantheon! But there’s no one on the front desk except for certain hours. Our other family member’s apartment had issues with their door that was not addressed right.

Very bad check in. We ask for 2 bedrooms and gave us 1. Supper difficult to find the place. Nobody answers. No personnel until almost 10am. Not worth the money.

Fabulous location and wonderful space!

We liked the suite and the location. It sis lack simple amenities such as coffee pods and face cloths. The showers could be updated as there was mold growing around the bottom of the showers and the caulking was coming off. The receptionist was very friendly, informative and he booked us a tuk tuk tour while we were waiting.
