The room was clean and tidy, air conditioning was lovely on a hot day. We came for reggae land and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Definitely plan your time there and get to know the area as we used Google maps, but you'll find some great gems in between the hotels. It's great to gain access in to the hotel, using your room card. Fantastic place to stay.

I stayed there for Reggae Land Friday show. The room was immaculate, modern interior. Comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Great air quality and lovely scent in the room. Hotel staff are welcoming and approachable. They all knew of the festival and initate engaging conversation. I will stay there again.

Room was very small, as you would expect. But everything clean. Had an issue with the shower as it was too hot to stand in and I couldn’t seem to turn the dial , but as it was circa 2am ( we had been to concert at Wembley) I didn’t do anything about it. Basic amenities that were all we needed.

The smallest hotel bedroom we've ever stayed in. Although we stayed in a cheap room (with no window) we found it absolutely tiny. The bedroom was the same length as the bed, there was a gap the width of the bedroom door leading to the bathroom (up a step) and no shelf or space other than above the bed for anything. One pillow per person and one towel. Nowhere to put bags or a suitcase, no kettle nor even space for a chair. It might suit a solo traveller needing somewhere for one night, but too small for a couple. There was an air conditioning unit but instructions were complicated and too low to read the instructions. The staff were friendly and helpful, getting another pillow for my husband, and the hotel was very clean, but we did find the room size too small for comfort.

Parking should be free make sure u have parking

You get what you pay for. It’s a very budget hotel that does not come with amenities and has tiny rooms. Only the charging ports in our room worked and there is no space to move about but again it’s a budget hotel.

Basic room but clean and friendly staff. Definitely will choose to stay again if needed.

Room was fine apart from shower only ran at max temperature and was far too hot to use and not being able to have a shower before an important day was very frustrating. I tried to complain and the receptionist was incredibly unhelpful, bordering on rude. She refused to help me speak to a manager and would only give me an email address to request compensation for my stay which i emailed and never got a reply.

The room i got was the smallest room and the staff guy lied to my face saying it was the biggest room in the hotel. I know because i booked another room and found out that was bigger than what i had originally. The AC kept getting locked and i had to run down to reception every couple hours to get it unlocked. This happened for 4 days. I forgot something in my room and the staff is so not cooperating. Every time i call them, i get the usual response “we will confirm with our housekeeping team”. This has been going on for a week.

The room was clean but extremely basic, no desk, chair, kettle, wardrobe or drawers and the bed was not overly comfortable at all. Staff that we met were very polite, professional, helpful and approachable. There is no actual parking, only on-street pay and display parking, although it's not as expensive as I was expecting it to be so I was pleasantly surprised by this. There is air-conditioning in the room which was a godsend as the windows are screwed closed.

Paid £26 to spend a Friday night in a windowless room to enjoy a night out in MK with friends… the room was compact, but it was clean and most importantly had aircon for the hottest day of the year. I think if I lived closer I would be happy to pay that just for a good night sleep on a sweaty humid night (EHs you’re missing a marketing spin there!!). Shower in morning was hot… only minor grumble is that the mattress was very firm verging on solid! But def worth the convenience and the price!

The check in process was quick and easy and the member of staff very helpful. We had 2 rooms and they were just to use as a base for the night for a couple of days visit in Milton Keynes. The room was advertised as a double but I would say it's a small double. Many times, we don't use the other amenities in the room so liked the fact that this was nice and basic - bed, toilet, shower, TV, hangers. The shower tray in one of the rooms was cracked but we didn't raise this with the staff as we were only there for 1 night. Overall happy and would stay again
