I wanted to love it...but the noise from the street and the upstairs apartment would make me re-consider staying here again. You can hear conversations from people walking on the street outside, the nightly garbage collector and every step and kitchen chairs being dragged from the 3rd floor apartment. If management reads this...please put some rubber ends on the chairs, it would help with this noise. We liked the layout of the apartment, lots of room to spread out and relax after a long day of walking around. The kitchen could use more coffee cups and tea towels. The washer/dryer convo was very practical. The Netflix remote wasn't working but I didn't bother calling to fix it because I didn't go to London to watch TV so we let it go. The check in process was a mess. I filled out all the paperwork they sent me months ahead of time, yet I didn't get notified that they needed additional info for the security deposit until the morning of my arrival in London. That took some time to resolve with phone calls to their customer service and I was upset that it wasn't taken care of before hand. I read the 500 pounds deposit takes time to be returned so that's fine..just heads up it's true.

Location is great, lots of bars, restaurants and shops around and only a few mins walk from Leicester Square. There is a self check in process that includes a hefty £500 deposit which they promise to return within 14 days after check out. I wasn’t thrilled about this but the communication was great, all my questions were answered very quickly. I was able to collect the keys without any problems. The accommodation is described as a 2 bedroom apartment, in reality it is a one bedroom apartment with a sofa bed in the living room. There is no door into the bedroom, it’s fairly open plan. There is also frosted glass between the bedroom and the bathroom with a slight gap at the door. If you are sitting on the toilet you can see straight into the sitting room. If you like privacy this is not the apartment for you. It should also be noted that the apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator. The stairs are narrow, winding and very old, they creak and have cracks big that you can see the light through. A little scary when there are four people with luggage on them at the same time. The apartment itself was very well kept. A bit inconvenient at times, one fork versus about 7 knives. Air conditioning in the sitting room but not in the bedroom. It did the job for us but I would be reluctant to recommend it.
