The hotel staff was not responsive, check in was late, the room was dirty, the sheets were itchy, the bathroom smelled, and the room looked like it hadn't been swept, the room smelled of cigarettes.

The hotel staff's appearance was not good, the sheets, pillows, and blankets looked like they had not been replaced by previous guests because they were dirty and smelled very bad.

Dapat sabun mandi/shampoo, sikat gigi dan pasta gigi. 5. Tidak ada air minum kemasan. 6. Kran air panas tidak berfungsi. 7. Pelayanan ramah dan bahkan dibantu bawa barang bawaan. Terima kasih ya om.

The rooms are okay, the keys are modern because they use a card & the rooms are spacious for that price. But unfortunately there is no lift, only the stairs are quite high. Where there's no cafeteria, so it's hard if you want to order food, you have to go down first because you can get a room on the 3rd floor. Btw, how come the shower can't be turned on? The place is clean, the bathroom is the best part in the room, the staff are friendly and helpful. Minus the bed sheet is a bit less tidy as it was used by someone else and the towel is slightly damp like used.

The kyk bed linen wasn't changed because it was dirty rather dull. so the bed linen towel, no longer replaced, not sprinkled with drinking water, should get drinking water every day.

Minus: - no clothing hooks - warm bath water is not functioning properly. Plus: - strategic location, - parking is also extensive and overseen by security guards housing complex shop. - the rooms are clean, neat & fragrant - standard sanitary equipment, yes - the crew is cooperative & friendly.
