Clean spacious room

Great location, the room was comfortable and looked like the photos, staff were really friendly.

I booked the wrong date for this property (off by one day) and immediately recognized the error. I attempted to contact the property and they did not answer my calls or respond to my email. I asked Expedia to assist and the hotel told them no change and no refund. Given this attitude towards potential guests I do not recommend staying here.

We stayed with our two kids, ages 11 and 13. The Villa was clean and comfortable.

Place very well located and close to main attractions. The place is cool and well decorated. Just consider as part of your trip to carry your luggage to 2nd floor, for us was super heavy as this was part of 20 days trip. Amenities and service was good

Great spot for visiting Pompeii archeological park but also handy to visit the small town of Pompeii. Central location, 5 mins from train. Added bonus of breakfast voucher for one of the nicest bakeries in town!

Great location to Pompei ruins, with a friendly and easy to communicate with host. Clean and wonderful room.

Casa Pacifico is a lovely B&B in the heart of Pompeii, easy walk to the train station and the Pompeii ruins, there are many excellent restaurants and bars nearby but it is a very quiet apartment. Enrico is very helpful and check in was super easy and the apartment is cleaned to a high standard regularly. Breakfast is downstairs in De Vivo which has excellent coffee and pastries, I would recommend Casa Pacifico if you want to have a great base for a tour of the Pompeii ruins and you have a great view of Vesuvius from the room terrace.

Nice big room with a great shower! The safe did not work properly. The cafe below was very difficult to communicate with for breakfast.

This property is in a great location for food, Basilica, historic area of Pompeii. The room were nicely appointed and comfortable. The patio was a nice bonus for sitting outside. Only minor thing is the breakfast voucher was only good for a coffee and a pastry.

All in all the room was really nice. Very clean and comfortable, and really conveniently located just a few mins walk from one of the entrances to the pompei ruins. However the 4 flights of stairs to get up to the top floor where all of their rooms are was a lot with luggage in tow, and the parking lot was an amusement park that didnt take cards. It was a nice place to park all in all, but having to walk almost a mile to find the nearest atm was a bit rough. I just wish we had been informed parking was cash only as i wouldve then came prepared, but unluckily, we had just ran out of cash right before arriving. The room itself though was very nice, clean, and comfortable and served its purpose extremely well.

So many things were negative: Let’s start with the 2 flutes of stairs, Next instruction for totally self service check in not received. Wi-Fi and tv did not connect. Breakfast was minimal. Walking distance from train was 30 min. No safety bars in tub:shower, Would not recommend.

This was the perfect property to stay in Pompeii. The views off our balcony were stunning of Mt. Vesuvius and overlooked the back fence into the archeological site. There is also a small little amusement park in site. The owners were easy to connect with and super helpful when we needed advice. The back entrance of Pompeii is less than a 5 min walk and you can purchase entrance tickets right there. The Cafe downstairs where breakfast vouchers were included, was amazing with such a great selection. Just down the street is the Pompeii Cathedral that is so beautiful and a nice square full of dining and shops. We arrived late at night on a Sunday evening so the entrance was a little tricky to find in the dark but is directly next to the cafe in the small little alley and there is quite a flight of stairs so if mobility is an issue, I wouldn’t recommend. The room itself was perfect and would highly recommend this location. 🇨🇦➡️ 🇮🇹

False advertising of free parking. If it hadn't been for free parking I would not have booked this hotel and it caused great inconvenience to my family. So I am asking for a full refund.

We really enjoyed the great location. The view on the Vesuvio is just amazing!!! The terrace is an extra after a tiring visiting day. The host answered rapidly to our questions. Hopefully I would return!!!

We loved the location and the view from our balcony. The bed was comfy and the room very decorated very well. The one and only complaint that we have is that we never had any hot water. Hot water is a much needed thing, especially when you're out exploring all day. Talked to the property manager and she told me to wait a few minutes so it could charge. Our thoughts that they don't have a big enough water heater. Everything else was absolutely wonderful!
