The service is very good and the receptionist is very friendly.

The hotel staff is friendly. The room is quite spacious with 2 single beds that can accommodate 2 or 3 people. Unfortunately, sometimes we still see baby cockroaches walking on the walls and tables in the room. But overall, I like staying there because the hotel staff is quick in handling things.

Easy access, friendly staff, although still a little new, I think they are also new. But so far so good

Please improve the cleanliness of the room,

When we arrived at the room, it looked like it had just been used 😭 the floor was dirty, there were lots of small cockroaches, the sheets and pillowcases smelled of sweat & had a damp smell. All FO & HK numbers could not be contacted, if they were connected they never picked up, it was surprising. But there was 1 Housekeeper who was very kind and friendly, he cleaned everything when we complained, thank you, Mr. Housekeeper 👍🙏

AC not cold when I got in.. called the hotel staff and was told to wait, it's been 1 hour and no one has come to fix the AC.. called 111 and no one picked up.. Until I was followed up by the FO.. eh the FO staff woke up or something is just a joke..

Lots of small cockroaches, and the linen needs to be replaced, the lighting is very minimal.

For room request is not available and no info when check in. The bathroom is slippery. The wash tap in the toilet is also dead. Other than that, ok and good.

It's really bad, there are small cockroaches in the room, even though I changed rooms it still doesn't work, it looks like a porn hotel, I swear! Not good.

The AC is cold, the bathroom and room are quite clean, but sometimes there are small cockroaches, the Wi-Fi is smooth, unfortunately the sound is not very soundproof because there is a bar near the room so the sound can be heard. The location is good, close to the mall and food.

The hotel staff is friendly, access to the upper floors via lift is good (limited), using a card from the receptionist so it is monitored, only the bathroom is not very clean, there are cockroaches.

The room was stuffy, the lighting was poor, the sheets and blankets were dirty and the bathroom was full of small cockroaches.

The room is nice, but unfortunately the noise from outside is still audible.

There are small fleas. Hopefully it will be cleaner in the future.

So good and will stay at MP hotel again if I go to North Jakarta.
