The rooms are nice and spacious. The location opposite Pham Van Dong beach is very convenient for getting to the beach. Parking is available across the street, or there's a parking lot open from 7 PM until the next morning about 200 meters away. The breakfast buffet is a bit simple.

The hotel is in a great location, convenient for getting around. The rooms have beautiful views and are clean. I noticed the hotel changes the towels frequently and they're very clean (I saw fresh/washed towels neatly folded in the cleaning staff's van). The hotel smells wonderful in every corner I walked through 🥰 The staff are friendly and very enthusiastic. They make guests feel remembered, and I'm very happy that everyone in the hotel remembers which room we stayed in. I was very lucky to meet Mr. Lan everywhere, from Jomo Cafe to the pool bar and even the rooftop. He's very nice and makes delicious drinks. I think the breakfast and other meal menus could be more varied. If I have the chance to return to Da Nang, I will definitely stay at Prince Hotel again.

The hotel is located next to My Khe Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Da Nang.

The rooms are clean, there are staff to clean quickly when requested, close to the beach, just across the street for convenience.

The location of the hotel is a bit far from the central beach area. Opposite is a restaurant, the evening music and singing like a noisy pub. Soundproof glass doors are not good, so the sound affects a lot. Completely fail if it is rated as a 4-star hotel in terms of soundproofing from the outside. Nice room, normal breakfast and few dishes! Small swimming pool, not clean. On arrival there was no welcome drink and fruit. In general, the hotel is too fail if rated 4 *

The room is nice and clean but the service is average. The pool staff is not enthusiastic, the 1.5m deep pool has no place for the children, so they can't swim. The swimming pool on the 5th floor has a roof that is not sunny, but the downside is that the water is cold. The hotel does not actively clean the room in the morning, but has to call to clean up. Take the swimsuit away but do not change a new one for the customer, nor add coffee or tea to the customer the next morning. The breakfast food is small, not delicious. The location is near the sea near the end of the beach, so the beach is not beautiful. In general, experience once, but I don't like it very much
