localization, staff and cleanness. You can reach anywhere from this hotel easily. Note for improvement: he air conditioner is hard to set and I had a cold air over me because of that.

First, the staff went out of their way to give good service and to ask questions. So, the rating is NOT about any of the staff. The building itself is in poor condition, and it appears the owner spends only the minimum to provide a suitable room. Had I known that, I would have selected another hotel. An example: the shower stall floor is poorly constructed; water on the floor does not properly empty into the drain. I had to manually wipe the water towards the drain. The closet is nonexistent. I feel for the staff who work there and tried to help. The owners seem to not want to give the needed attention and investment in the building.

The park is paid and there is no enough space for everyone. The Staff is gentle although the cleaning was not that good

Apesar de velho, sem atualização, as condições de comodidade são adequadas e a equipe de atendimento é eficaz. Contudo, o café da manhã deixa a desejar. Mesas sujas e em desequilíbrio, sem reposição adequada, máquina de café sem café, sem capucino etc.

O quarto estava ótimo

Infelizmente a pia estava entupida, a maçaneta da porta do toalete caindo… saindo na mão ao fechar a porta.

90% só de comida doce, do tipo industrial. Só o que tinha de saudável era ovo frito, que sempre atrasava e queijo branco. O resto era só pão doce, biscoito doce, um monte de pãeszinhos com recheio doce. Parecia ser aqueles de pacotes que vende em supermercado. Não tem pão francês, só de forma p fazer sanduíche. Estadia de quase 300 reais a diária, quando devia ser no máximo 150
