The room I was given had bed bugs. (See Photos). After a long and exhausting drive, I was hoping for a clean and comfortable stay. Upon discovering the bed bugs, I immediately contacted the front desk and requested to speak with a manager. The manager was unprofessional and did not handle the situation properly. When you book a hotel, you expect a certain level of service and cleanliness—unfortunately, that was not the case here. Very clean and attentive staff. Breakfast has good options. Location not bad at all, about 30 minutes to downtown.

Seriously there is nothing but good things to say about this place! It’s fantastic- clean, clean, amenities a+, food A+, just wonderful! This will be my go to stay in Mississauga from now on. Only issue if any is the room door slams - that’s not an issue at all just saying if anyone is looking for a reason to say anything bad about this place!

It was quite and no traffic

It's convenient to drive to the airport. There are many decent restaurants nearby. There's also a very large supermarket next to the hotel.

The property was amazing, the breakfast was great and included, and the staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The only down side was their bathroom doors have a window on the door, so anytime someone went to the bathroom at night the entire room lit up. We were travelling with 2 kids and that was super annoying but other then that everything was amazing.

Clean rooms, modern looking facility and safe. Pleasant staff. Food on-site as well as restaurant and shopping options close by.

Great stay My only complaint would be the door being a bit sticky. My room door was left ajar for the duration of the day after housekeeping had finished tidying up in the morning
