Like a one star hotel

What a great place to stay! Clean and very comfortable

Amazing stay

Easily accessible from highway

Excellent value for the money.

The check in was great, front desk excellent and clear instructions. Suggested easiest parking nearby for our room. Sadly no garbage bags or recycling bags in the containers so I feel bad for the person cleaning. I ended up buying a bag to empty my garbage. Preferred to not have a cleaning lady come in. The sign I guess was flipped by accident? She knocked 3x until I said there's a sign do not disturb. My mom said it was flipped so be sure to fix it once you close the door as it's flimsy. Unfortunately there were loud visitors and I should have called to complain. Around 1:30 and 4:30am heard a group of roudy guys which kept my baby awake and she cried after we were all woken up by the noise. Note that there is no baby friendly lunch option. You must take out at the bar and wait outside.. the pool wasn't very warm and dirty.. Breakfast and supper available. Great there was a Starbucks! Location is great and the hotel is nice.

In the morning, we were close from the laundry area and staff were loud with their door open…

The staff are always helpful, whether it is the front desk or one of the restaurants. The only negative is the lack of walk ability around the area.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff and a great view from the lobby and riverside rooms. Close access to many stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay again

Out of my whole trip, this was by far the best place I stayed. It was well worth the price. The bedroom was comfortable, quiet, private. The linens and bed were supremely comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The Starbucks is the place was a great touch for traveling. I would happily stay there again. Highly recommended.

Great location! Staff friendly & helpful.

Nice hotel, clean but if looking for hot tub and pool do not be fooled by photos. The pool is small and rather shallow. The hot tub is part of the spa in the hotel which is an additional charge per person. Starbucks on the premises was great!

Couples retreat, fabulous suite with the St-Lawrence view on the 4th. Clean and spacious. Staff courteous as well.
