The staff was great, especially Josephine. All others were courteous and friendly. The street in front was very dirty.

Its good overall, prob there’s no parking if u have car, the bed is comfortable but the room bit small, the good things that u need only few minutes to visit all the attractions in the city

Our room was not ready when we arrived. But host was gracious and comped us breakfast for the next morning. It all worked out...

This hotel was very gorgeous! The hotel staff was nice, helpful and attentive. Hakim was especially helpful and our experience would not have been as good without him helping us every step of the way. Please if you get the chance, stay here at 15 Montparnesse!!!

Hotel 15 was perfectly located for everything we wanted to do in Paris. A few minutes walk to four different Metro station lines and a train station and walkable to all the areas of sightseeing we enjoy. The room was very clean, only down size was it was very small, but doable. Staff were very helpful and accomodating and there 24/7. Would recommend it and would return.

Convenient location

Well connected to metro stations which helps with visiting attractions and getting to and from the airport. It was raining so they allowed us to borrow umbrella at no cost! The space is very small even for just 2 people, but it’s very well kept and excellent value for money. Only real downside was the temperature - we couldn’t get the AC on as it was fall, so the room got very hot at night. Quick checkin, remember that visitors are required to pay city tax when staying in Paris when they arrive at hotel.

Lovely stay at this hotel. We arrived at around midday and our room wasn’t ready, which we expected as check in was stated as 3pm. This wasn’t a problem as we left our luggage and headed out for the day. We returned around 11pm, checked in and headed straight to bed. The room was spotless. There was a Coffee maker in room and hotel toiletries. The beds were comfortable and we had no complaints. Cannot comment on the breakfast as we chose to eat out and sample the local restaurants/cafes. There are a few nearby (2minutes walk) from the hotel. Also 2 minutes walk to metro. Definitely recommend.

Very convenient for public transport: bus and metro stops within a few minutes. Good restaurants and boulangeries/patisseries close by. Staff courteous and helpful. Excellent coffee machine in room. Clean and plenty of hot water

Excelente staff, great place. Very close to all city attractions. A few things it may be change at the hotel: there’s no A/C unit on the rooms just heating. The weather was cold so it wasn’t a problem but I can’t imagen on the summer how it will be. Also the shower doesn’t have a door and when you finish taking a bath all the floor is full of water. But everything else is great I give it a 10.

This hotel claims to be a four star hotel. However here is what happened: I called the reception and asked: - can I please request slippers? - we don’t provide slippers - is there in room dining available? - no - do you have a dental kit? - yes but you have to come down to the reception I went down to the reception to see the surprised receptionist ask me if I was room 31. Then he started to look for the dental kit in his messy cupboard. Then he ran to another staff member to ask something and came back to tell me they ran out of dental kits. But assured me that they usually have dental kits, but not this week. Like that helps me in any way. So I went back up to my room with nothing. Also, when I checked in and they said I have breakfast included in my rate. The next morning though, when I came down for breakfast they said that it’s not included, then they looked into some papers and said it was actually included. I was like are you sure? There is absolutely no structure in how this hotel is being managed. It’s a complete mess. I know it is a little bit of Paris style to not give a damn about service, but please don’t claim you’re a 4 star hotel if you’re unable to meet any of the 4 star hotel standards. In the bathroom on the white sink I could see a man’s body hair - probably precious guest. The cleanliness could definitely be improved.

We arrived early and they allowed us to leave our baggage there until check in. The room/bathroom was clean and spacious. WiFi was really strong. Overall, no complaints. I would recommend it! Plus it’s located really close to many metro stops :)
