This is a tough one because some elements of the resort and our stay were outstanding and others were underwhelming. The resort is absolutely beautiful and the rooms were exceptional. Some of the staff go over and beyond to make sure you’re having a good time and provide great service. But there were multiple that wouldn’t even make eye contact and in some cases make it seem like you’re putting them out to do their job. The front desk, bellmen, housekeeping and restaurant staff at breakfast were standout positives.

This was my first time to Nikki Beach and from rhe moment of arrival I was very well looked after! My room was beautiful and pristine clean for the whole property!! The breakfast was terrific and all the staff so helpful and friendly!! Sophia at the pool booked my sunbeds and the restaurant in the evening was lovely!! I would most definitely return!!

Visiting Santorini has been a lifelong dream—and we finally made it! Our stay was everything we hoped for and more. The suites were absolutely stunning, the views were beyond breathtaking, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. My husband and I felt like we were in paradise. The food was delicious, and the hospitality from the entire team made our visit truly unforgettable. A heartfelt thank you to Anna Maria and Ivan for their exceptional service—you both went above and beyond to make our stay special. We’re already looking forward to coming back, and next time, we’re bringing our family to experience this magical place with us!

Lovely rooms and staff

Away from the tourist crowds yet close enough

Staff at the property were extremely nice and I mean extremely. They went above and beyond on a daily basis to make sure you were comfortable and made accommodations they really didn’t have to in order to enhance your stay. The one and only knock I have on the property is the bathrooms in the rooms. They are in very bad condition. Showers leaking onto the bathroom floor. Sewer smell coming from the vent in the bathroom floor. Only stayed for 2 nights so we bared with it but would’ve been very annoying if we had a longer stay in Santorini. But that’s more of an ownership problem. I don’t want to take anything away from the staff because they were great in every way !

They tried to over charge and double charge us a lot!

Everything was great, location very close to airport but not near Fira or Oia... but they are only 20 min cab ride away... Good hotel to chill, dj playing summer vibey music that stops at 7pm and the breakfast and lunch was great.
