Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There was trash still in the barrels, stains on the bed, security lock inside on door was broken, toilet roll holder broken. I felt unsafe and dirty when staying here. Only that we got here after midnight from being at a concert we would have left and gone somewhere else.

With one night overnights charge at $150/night, the hotel room conditions were inplorable. And the 5 day hold for damage was $150! Not only did the room have a musty odor to it, the carpets were wet. The bathroom had moldy tiles and broken shower rings on the curtain. There was 1/4 of shampoo and conditioner that we were expected to use.

Run down. Sensor not working on door to know when it can be opened. Bathroom - gross caulking on tub, toilet seat lid won’t stay on. Front desk attendant unfriendly.

There were holes on the sheets, holes in the half hanging shower curtain. The disabled bathroom shower walk in was all mildew and the water would still on the floor because of the half broken guards on the edge of the shower. Hallway smelled bad with numerous stains in the carpet. Over all pretty traumatic experience

The hotel has an odor as soon as you walk in, the carpets in the common areas are dirty and stained, the walls and doorways are dirty and in need of paint. The room itself has a musty odor, black mold in the bathtub, toilet seat was loose. Would not stay here again.

The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet and free of any offensive odor. My general feeling is that someone from Wyndham should take a look at this property since their name is on it.........

This older property is in an awkward area on a sloping street. This leads to having to travel up and down hill to get in and out from your car. The room was clean, but showing some age. It needed some basic maintenance. The room was quiet considering the location near a busy street. The ac-heater was somewhat noisy.

horrible. place is dirty, trash bags all over the hall, dirty walls, dirty bed sheets, dirty bath. Room smells like cigarette. Window is too close to trucks at park, dude came 6:30am to unload food supply and stay till 7:45 with truck making noise at window side. Impossible to sleep. If you think complain is an option forget about, phone not working at room. Staffs don't give a f$%^

THE SINK WAS IN THE ROOM NOT THE BATHROOM. THE SHOWER CURTAIN HAD A HOLE IN IT. THESHOWER WAS RUSTY ALL AROUND THE BOTTOM. THE BATH TOWELS WERE GRAY IMPLYING THEY WERE VERY OLD.PIECE MISSING ON BOTTOM OF SHOWER SO WHEN YOU SHOWERED THE WATER RAN OUT INTO BATHROOM FLOOR. BREAKFAST WAS SCATCHY. NO NAPKINS. NO TONGS TO PICK UP FOOD MAKING IT UNSANITARY. MAKES YOU WONDER IF THE PEOPLE WORE GLOVES WHEN PUTTING OUT FOOD. OEOPLE WORKING THERE LOOKED LIKE THEY NEEDED A GOOD BATH. THEIR CLOTHS WERE NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL. T SHIRTS SHORTS AND FLIP FLOPS POOR PRESENTATION. AND THEIR CLOTHS DID NOT LOOK CLEAN.
