Love the outdoor casitas, the view is awesome, the javalinas running around. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Love the tennis courts. The only problem we had was our room carpet was dirty our white socks were gray everytime we walk in our room without slippers on. Also it’s a bummer that there’s not much free artistic and wellbeing activities

Incredible nature surrounds resort with average food and below average service. Exorbitantly high prices make it so we expected much better service than what was received and a 20% gratuity was added to every little thing in advance. Our expensive room overlooked a parking lot…

The hotel and property are nice. We were disappointed that there were no tennis drills or activities at the tennis facility. We were told before going there were lots of tennis options -- but in fact there were none.

The staff is delightful and the food is excellent. Just try and request a room with a view as not all rooms have a view. Meaning a balcony with a view. They were able to move my room to get me a better view. But I recommend calling the resort ahead of time to reiterate you want a view. It is a peaceful paradise where you can get away from it all!

Truly the most beautiful location with breathtaking views and all the amenities you can hope for. Plenty of hikes within walking distance and basically starting on the property. They had a dog bed and bowls for my fur baby and the kids had a great time in the pool, playing air hockey and ping pong and tennis. Just a perfect stay overall and can’t wait to go back!

High end property in beautiful setting but for the price - service needs to be improved, breakfast at minimum should be included, and rooms need to be redone/refreshed Activities also need to be better at the rate they are charging. Food veey good

THE BEST IN SEDONA. From the spa, to the dining options, this resort feels like it is nestled in another universe. The rooms are comfy, and the staff accommodating. Overall, one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at in my life.

Amazing experience as soon as you walk in. You feel cared for and catered to. I loved how you can park just a few feet away from your “casita” the room and outside area were divine. Staff anywhere at anytime were the more pleasant people with always a smile on their face. Only 2 restaurants on the actual property and be sure to be ready to spend a lot of money if you plan to dine on the resort. I wish there was an indoor pool.

The resort and amenities were outstanding but the check in process was not as smooth as we would have preferred. We had to retrieve our own bags and ask for information about the resort. In addition we felt $28 for a latte and black coffee at the market was a bit extreme and $60 for a moscow mule and martini at the pool was outrageous for mediocre cocktails at best. On the flip side Che ah Chi was outstanding for lunch and Tii Gavo was excellent for dinner. I would recommend the resort but make coffee in your room and stay clear of cocktails at the pool.
