The accommodation operates as a homestay, which requires guests to contact the owner before arrival for the check-in process. Unfortunately, I was not aware of this. The owner mentioned that the instructions were included in the booking details, but after checking my booking confirmation email, I could not find any information about it. In addition, there was no buggy service and no Wi-Fi provided. This made the stay quite inconvenient, as we had to walk a considerable distance from the parking area to the accommodation while carrying our luggage. I hope these details can be communicated more clearly to future guests to avoid any confusion.

The room is old. The single sofa has some stains on it. Moldy stains on the ceilings. Lose wooden cabinet. Room amenities were lacking. Air freshener automatically dispensing itself quite often. Beds are comfortable. The unit is located near to the entrance. No need for buggy service.

I tried to fill up the bath tub for more than an hour but its not full. Might be leaking somewhere. No pool, bath tub not filling up for my son to play the water. Can't ask for more due to cheap price. Overall OK.

Management fast response, the room 201 has a nice view, and the room is clean, just need to do a little fix on the door lock for more safety. For sure, I will come back again.

Room is ok with Jacuzzi, kids enjoy bath. Best for crabbing, lexis hotels do not allow private hotel customers to rent bicycles, use buggy facilities and rent bento crabs, after making a hotel payment promptly notifying hotel owners.

Nice place for family vacation. A big room which is very pleasant to stay here. An awesome buffet breakfast. A lot of food to eat. yay
