Loved the area and property

Great location!!! Enjoyed being right across the street from Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Extremely clean and quiet!

Everything was great except for the lights not working in the bathroom.

This was our second trip to Indianapolis for a Fever game but the first time at the Hyatt House. Going forward, we won't stay anywhere else. Perfect location, literally cross the street to get to the Fieldhouse. So many options to grab a bite to eat or a drink. Room was huge, modern and the shower was amazing. Valet service was also top notch.

The hotel was average and super close to the field house however security for their parking gargage needs to be improved. Our car plus at least 5 more got their windows smashed and they tried to steal our car. Need better security to make their guest feel safe and not worried about not having a car after there stay.

Only stayed one night. The only problem we had was trying to get back to our room after the Fever game. Long line at the elevator.
