Room was neat

Friendly, professional staff

There was not enough lighting to read from the bed. Not enough pillows for a king size bed to be comfortable. The room needed another wastebasket since the only one was in the bathroom. Breakfast was good. The hotel was clean but sterile in the hallways. The staff was helpful.

Good location

Various noises heard during the night, odd smell in the room during the morning, desk and queen bed were nearly up against the vent.

Nice hotel, great location. Clean and appropriate. No microwave is my only gripe.

Staff members are very friendly and the rooms are very clean and spacious. Good breakfast spread and close to some dining options.

Great service! Lobby was great for kids with games and felt like a living room. Breakfast was good variety. Indoor pool was a little cold.

This past visit was awesome the lady at the front desk was so sweet..I called dwn because one of the channels that I always watch was dwn..she then checked on it for me called me to make sure it was back on..thanks for going the extra mile it really means alot

Last week i came in early had to pay a fee ..not quite upset with that but I still have not received my incidental fee ..this happens often were the hotel holds it until they are ready to release it sometimes 3 days now a week ..know

The room is wonderful. It’s clean and there are no drawers to leave something in it by accident. Open shelving. It’s was quiet and the TV is a good size. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars because the bath towels in the bathroom are very thin. Other than that I love Tru by Hilton.

Check in was easy. Staff was accommodating, and room was clean.

The room was spacious and clean, the staff were friendly and the lobby is huge! Only drawback, no bacon for breakfast, but a wonderful weekend!

Elevator was broken one day. They had some type of children’s event going on and the children literally trashed the lobby, ran up and down the hallways all night. It was horrible

Staff was friendly, room was nice and great area.
