A double suite priced at 800 is not really worth it. View okay. Wifi doesn't work at all. There is no soap and there is no mineral water either. The place looks like it hasn't been looked after.

Buruk sekali. Kamar suite double masa ga ada mineral, handuk aja harus minta. Toileters juga ga ada.

Bagus banget viewnya, di liat dari kamar aja sudah langsung pemandangan lampu kota. Terutama kalau naik ke atas rooftop bagus banget pemandangan sekitar. Cuma kawasannya emang agak nyempil di pojokan, dan sekitarnya cuma Villa² aja. Jadi agak jauh kalau mau cari makanan dan ke tengah kota. Tp overall cukup puas menginap di sini.

According to experience, this place gave me a really nice memory. The water heater functions well. Cleanliness is quite good. No amenities. The place is so calm, there is no city noise 👍 and the most charming thing is being able to enjoy the view of the city lights through the room window. ♥♥.

Ruangannya besar, bisa muat untuk 3-4 orang. Dapet kamar yang view nya bagus langsung ke gunung. Tapi kamarnya kotor, perabotan kurang terawat, kamar mandi kotor banget dan lantainya licin. Wastafel nya juga kotor dan buangan airnya sedikit mampet. Saluran TV juga gak jernih. Shower jet di toilet ga bisa dipake jadi harus pake gayung. Pas mau pinjem gelas ga bisa, katanya kunci etalase dibawa sama ibu kantin. Padahal di situ ga ada kantin.

Thank God, it's really good, even though it's the lowest type/deluxe but you get a room facing the mountain, even though there's no AC from check in to check out it's cold, hot water is smooth, you can get soap but you can't get a brush, you don't need a TV because you enjoy the view more, in the morning going up to the top of the rooftop is really cool to see the sunset, getting a really cheap price but memorable Alhamdulillah

Pemandangannya mantap banget cocok banget untuk yang suka ketenangan dan healing. Murah, ramah banget di kantong.

The rooms are quite clean and spacious, but the bathroom is really old school. So make it a bit like that. The plus is the view from the room is nice pol.

Friendly service, hot water works, away from the crowds. I ordered a room that could see the view of the mountains and thank God there was, once you opened the window, it was amazing.. God willing, if you go on vacation to Batu, you will definitely come here again

The room is quite spacious, the view is amazing because the location is quite high, the bathroom is clean, the hot shower is okay, the rooftop is cool, even though it doesn't use AC but the room feels very cold. Please immediately repair some damaged furniture, such as a broken door handle and a leaking faucet in the toilet, so that guests can be more comfortable while staying. The hotel staff is friendly and fast when asked for help, overall this hotel is okay, if I get an okay rate, I will definitely stay here again.

Saya senang staycation di sini pelayanannya bagus kamar mandi ada bathub nya disediakan handuk juga ada tv dinding ac juga ada walaupun kurang dingin kalau siang pemandangan indah sekali. Pengen nginap di sini kembali. Fasumnya mungkin wifi nya yang free tiap kamar bisa akses lebih bagus lagi. Secara keseluruhan bagus.

View nya oke cuman satu yang kurang ac nya mati jadi di dalam ruangan terasa panas.

Sangat mengecewakan, kondisi hotel kotor, dan saya kecewa karena tidak ada air conditioner di kamar.
