Appreciated the opportunity for early check-in! Super convenient if visiting the Universal parks with easy shuttle transportation available throughout the entire day. Pool area and food cafeteria were great as well.

As we had a 3 week stay, the laundry facilities were extremely useful. The excellent location made it handy for getting around on public transport and the universal transport was frequent and efficient.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location couldn’t be better — just minutes from Universal and easy to walk to nearby restaurants and attractions. The shuttle service was super convenient and made getting around stress-free. The hotel itself is clean, family-friendly, and comfortable, making it a perfect spot for a fun trip.The only downside was the market restaurant — while the food was decent, it’s definitely overpriced for what you get, and the menu could use a few more options. Aside from that, everything else was fantastic. We’d definitely stay here again!

Clean rooms, shuttle service to universal was a huge perk.

We go every year and stay at Dockside , I absolutely love this hotel for the price. Rooms clean, super amazing staff. The food options could use some updating, but overall I’m always very happy.

We stayed for a quick two night stay for Epic Universe, this hotel was amazing and more than reasonable priced. The front desk staff was awesome and having a coffee shop in the lobby was a huge bonus. 10/10 recommend!

Our stay was very nice, our room was perfect for a family of 5. Honestly my favorite part was checking in using my Expedia booking and not having to pay any additional fees outside of booking aside from the daily parking fee of $26 plus tax.

We live how friendly and easy to navigate is the hotel.

Nice room with alot of space and 2 TVs in the suite and 1 private room. Pillows are a little soft so they sink. Everything else was good, fridge and storage space. Wish had a better coffee machine.

Stayed 16 nights, 3rd visit in 3 years for a longer stay. Now reviewing options for the stay planned in December due to a few factors. The resort buses were really great on previous trips but this year they seemed less frequent and more full with most trips we seemed to be in the wrong point of the lines and end up standing. During the trip one of our refill mugs disappeared from by the sunbeds, had the receipt and all but seems they can’t deactivate them or transfer the prepaid days remaining on to a new cup and we just got a small discount on a new one when it was replaced. Not so much the hotels issue there but was a shame they didn’t offer a better discount or let us pay for the cheapest cup option and transfer the days as like I said we had proof of purchase. The room cleaning was intermittent at best. Sheets only changed twice on a 16 night stay. We found the cleaners were knocking at 8;30am and if we weren’t out by 10;30am we’d have no service that day. We tried using the do not disturb sign twice too we were then out by 9:30 and those days no service either so we stopped using it and just went with being woke by the cleaner by 8:30 still saved an alarm call I suppose and as we were busy most days we were usually just about up. The food in the hotel isn’t so good, expensive and literally quick service with limited variety when it comes to veggie/healthier sides. The pools are great and the towels poolside are handy too.

I like the hotel because it is close to Epic and all the surrounding Universal theme parks. However, some of the walls were deteriorating, and some of the elevators were dirtier than expected. Other than that, I would definitely stay at Dockside again.
