Got it yesterday on the 3rd floor, especially since I was pregnant, had loads of luggage, cleanliness was ok, mattress was hard.

Ok, clean, nice accommodation, friendly staff.

Next time, the employees must be kind and responsive. The air conditioning in the rooms must be repaired so that it is cool and matches the price of the room.

The room is nice, the bathroom is good, only the ventilation is very small so it's hard to see the view😁

Very good, for a hotel of that size and price. It's just a bit tiring climbing the stairs, since you get a room on the top floor 😁

Asked for the 3rd floor but was given the 4th floor without an elevator. The room was stuffy and smelled of cigarette smoke. Not according to the request. The receptionist also seemed indifferent.

The staff is quite friendly, the room is dirty, there are traces of someone defecating in the toilet, I don't know whether it wasn't cleaned or what, the water at night is good, but in the morning there is no water, the mattress is damp.

the ceiling is dusty, the room is a bit dusty, doesn't smell good at all, the toilet smells, there's a bit of a trust issue with the bedsheets (are they always washed after each person checks out?), there was no soap at that time and had to be asked for it first, the facilities should have been checked before the customer checked in. Tips: clean the ceiling and floor so they don't get dusty, add room freshener, clean the bathroom, brush and add toilet freshener because the toilet smells and steams, check if there's soap in the bathroom (it's better to give liquid soap).... With that price, they should be able to provide freshener, liquid soap, and a small toothbrush and toothpaste set.....

I've only ever had a room where the TV wouldn't turn on.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and moved rooms and wanted to give an honest review. Overall, the service from the staff was quite friendly and the location of the hotel is also strategic. However, I feel there are some areas that could be improved, especially regarding cleanliness. The room I stayed in looked a bit less clean. Some areas such as the floor and bathroom looked less clean and needed more attention. Although this hotel has very good potential, I hope the management can pay attention to the details of cleanliness to provide more comfort for guests. I am sure that with improvements in the cleanliness area, this hotel can provide a more satisfying stay experience.
