A very scary hotel, specifically used for commercial sex activities, the hotel is very very dirty. Hotel guests are asked for an additional fee of 35,000. The room is not cleaned. The towels are not suitable for use. What a very bad hotel.

This place is really bad. Better don't do it.

When checking in I was asked for 60 thousand additional money because the price in the application was cheaper than the set price. When I entered the room it turned out to be dirty and all the beds were no longer comfortable to use.

The hotel is very dirty, both outside the room and inside the room, the bathroom too. The worst experience was booking via Traveloka. Already paid in full via Traveloka, I was asked to add the price when entering the hotel. Hopefully the bed linen and other things in the hotel are washed and clean, hopefully other customers won't have the worst experience like this again.

Hopefully the hotel will close quickly.

Don't ever book a room at this hotel again. The waiters are not friendly, the environment is dirty, the rooms are dirty, everything is dirty. They asked for an additional price rate of 60 thousand. The price listed is not the actual price.

Be careful for those who want to stay here! Very, very bad in every way! When I checked in I had to add an additional fee on the grounds that the room price did not match the application, because I couldn't get a refund, finally I asked for Qris/account owner, the staff didn't give it, instead I was given the staff's fund number (fraud mode). Then the condition of the room is very, very bad, dirty and smelly 😭 the towels are very messy, give up being cheated at 150k for accommodation like this!

To begin with, the reception staff at Angelyn Home Stay said the rate per room was not as indicated on the booking. Next, the condition of the rooms were not as advertised in web - they were far from what my family and I had expected when we made the booking. Attention to cleanliness was definitely lacking. The floors were grimy and showed no effort had been made to receive guests. The rooms also smelled very musty with a lingering cigarette smoke smell. The beds were also far from ideal as the bed sheets were stained - there were obvious yellow stains - and the duvet also showed signs that it had not been washed in a long while. There were also cigarette burns and holes on the duvet. The toilets were also disappointing. While the shower was functional, what was unsettling was that guests were provided with a soap bar that had obviously been used (not a new bar of soap). The toilet bowl also showed signs that it had not been cleaned as green slime coated the bottom of the bowl. Despite being advertised as having wi-fi access for guests, no wi-fi was available especially for our rooms located on the ground floor. When asked if similar rooms were available on the upper floors, the answer was a flat no. Suffice to say, my family and I would think twice before ever again booking an accommodation carrying the Angelyn name or even the OYO name, especially if the place we stayed at is an indication of the level and quality of care and maintenance of the property. A home stay should be a homely place, not a place where guests are discomfited physically and visually. The only plus point is that we had intended to stay only 1 night.

The room is really dirty. The price doesn't match the application (there are additional costs). Lots of trash such as mag*c tissues, condoms around the room. Room also smelly.

I will not come here again, the walls are dirty, the sheets are not replaced, there are hairs on the pillows, the mirror is broken, the shower is broken.

The room was very dirty, there were many traces of times on the wall, the shower leaked, couldn't be used to wash it. The 4th day several times the lights went out in the room. Friendly staff. But sometimes the receptionist doesn't wear clothes.

The floor of the room is dirty and there are lots of hairs. the toilet is really dirty there is residual dirt that is not cleaned ... until it dries. Even though this is a cheap inn, it is better if cleanliness is prioritized so that visitors are more comfortable.
