The Renaissance truly lived up to its five-star reputation. My experience was outstanding from start to finish. The staff were incredibly professional, attentive, and made me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay.

Our stay was great! Rooms were cleaned, full of amenities, lots of shops and restaurants around. Transportation between the two resorts was easy, fast, and efficient. The boat ride to see the flamingo was so much fun but prepare to get wet. Food and service on the island was great too. I was a little disappointed with the amount of flamingos to see but overall beautiful area and must visit. Staff 10 out of 10

Very nice and location was great would stay again

This was a great choice for our first trip to Aruba. The private island was a highlight of our trip! We booked a cabana at Iguana Beach, which was well worth it. We stayed on the Family😎 side, which had a much better view and upgraded to an ocean view suite which was lovely to see the ocean each morning.

Was a clean hotel. A lot of bars and restaurants. Food was amazing. Boat ride to private resort beach was amazing.

The advantage of staying here is the complimentary boat ride to flamingo island, however you can also purchase a day pass to experience that so I am not sure it’s worth it. There isn’t much to do downtown and I would prefer to stay in a resort style hotel if I’m in the Carribean. One that is actually on the beach over on Palm Beach.

The only issue that I had during my stay was that housekeeping did not clean the bathroom!

Good location

The private island is stunning, but the service was inconsistent. It appears the team may be short-staffed or in need of additional training—at times, there was only one waiter managing 10 to 20 guests. While some staff members were exceptionally friendly and prompt, others were unfortunately slow and lacked urgency.

If you are looking for a relaxing , clean, and a good time.this is the place! Its centrally located on the island so you can go north or south with no problem. We will be back

I highly recommend this hotel. The food was delicious, the service was fantastic. The staff was so accommodating. It is in the center of all the shopping mall. It was fantastic. The pool has an amazing view towards the ocean. And the best part is, you can use all the amenities from the other resort. This is definitely a five out of five stars for me. I hope it’ll be the same for you.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and super welcoming. the room was clean and confortable, The location was convenient. everything was well maintained over all great experiences.

Vacationed with 8 couples, we we're catered to perfection, by the staff. Great pool. Easy access to the airport and entertainment.

I would stay here all over again for many reasons, but the easy access to and from Renaissance Island was the cherry on top. I was obsessed with the flamingos and calm waters on the island and I loved that I could take the boat ride right from the main floor of the hotel. Very unique!!

Everything was same as usual except check-in. Took us almost three hours to get a room - sitting in hot lobby with our winter clothes on.
