The area is a bit questionable but it’s close to downtown. Rooms are OK and the breakfast was simple but fresh. Overall OK for the price.

The Toledo hotel was wonderful. The front desk staff were so nice and helpful. We were able to book all of our sightseeing trips through them. The hotel was clean, had a beautiful interior, great breakfast, and was quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Decent enough hotel that's mostly clean but a little tired requiring some investment. Customer service was great, but my main gripe was with the air-conditioning in the room which didn't seem to cool the room when blasting at the max. Think the plumbing needs fixing in the bathrooms too as shower and sink seems to release odours from the sewage. Breakfast buffet is great and recommended. Location is in a quiet and safe area but also walking distance to some shops and local businesses.

L’hotel è in un’ottima posizione per raggiungere: Amman, Jerash e Madaba. L’hotel è pulito. Il personale molto disponibile. L’unica piccola pecca è la colazione che nonostante sembri una vasta scelta sembra essere non del tutto fresca (probabilmente per il calo del turismo dell’ultimo periodo). Ma lo consiglio al cento per cento!

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel is compared to others in this price point. The staff was very nice and accommodating, the area is quiet and comfortable, the rooms are very clean, the breakfast is delicious and my over all experience is wonderful. Taxis come by every few minutes so it’s easy to get around the city. It’s ver close to Abdali mall which I highly recommend everyone goes too when coming to Amman.

I love to stay in Toledo. This is probably a number 10 or more prices for clean, friendly service no complain.
