Nothing stood out. It’s just a newly renovated hotel. I found more value in a boutique hotel than Sheraton Asunción.

Spent 5 nights great service from all staff. No complaints. Pool is on top floor. Bring your sunscreen, I didn’t. Plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area and malls. All good food

Great service, good food and views. Very convenient if you are at a convention there. The rooms are nice but a little dated

I would definitely return. Staff is very polite and helpful. It would be a lot easier if English was spoken by the restaurant staff but the food is very good, overall I cannot complain.

The commodity of the Hotel is perfect. Nonetheless, the service is horrible. There weren't people to help with the luggage. Only the service at the bar and restaurant were very polite and outgoing with the guest. The rest of the staff needs to be more friendly and easy going with the guests. Overall, I will give it 2 starts.

Excellent place to stay if you are in Asuncion for business - hotel staff arranged all taxi rides and COVID tests which are performed in the hotel.

The Staff is amazing!!!! The cleanness of the room and facilities was impecable, the location is so great and the relaxation and quietness was exquisite.

I've stayed in most similarly rated hotels in the city, and this is by far the best hotel. Overall quality and cleanliness is the vastly superior to other facilities available.
