Good hotel

We had a great experience, everything was excellent. The staff was exceptional I will definitely come back

A classic vintage hotel with huge rooms in 60's/70's style. I stayed in a suite which was I believe 200 m2! Nice hotel and I would definitely stay there again. Nice staff as well.

A historical hotel, clean and huge rooms. My suite was at least 100m2. Would stay there again.

Down side. We stayed at the 3rd floor and, Workers were charging tile above us on stairs landing in the morning while we were still sleeping. They have a sauna and it doesnt work. It starts heating up and Then stops. 4th floor Gym is decent. Need bicycle spin machine. Great terrace view Otherwise, good location to stay.

Unfortunately there was no power for two full days during my stay.

The hotel is in the city center, it has great interior decorating and the staff were always very friendly. The gym was very old and many things were broken. The pool area was decent. The rooms were large and good for the price. The biggest problem was my original room (1st floor) had 3 cockroaches I killed during the first few hours of arriving. After I told the front desk, they moved my room, but it was still pretty gross. I also didn’t like breakfast — the earlier you went, the fresher the food. By 9am, staff were pouring milk into the scrambled eggs and mixing it up in the pan to make them less dried out. The fruit was good and the bar at night was a nice place to sit.

Very good location walking distance from all the sites. Nice hotel nice staff.

Excellent staff and services. Food at their restaurant is amazing. Near hotel you can walk downtown everywhere to all historical points and restaurants, convenient stores.

Very nice hotel with a good breakfast. My only real complaint is that I got the room with the jacuzzi tub but there was no hot water.

The property was in a good location in the downtown area. The pool was not heated. The staff was very friendly in the restaurant, the registration staff and the doorman very helpful with directions and had good suggestions to visit places close to the hotel.

Very central to a lot of historic landmarks. You can walk practically everywhere or a short taxi rides. Breakfast buffet was excellent:)

OK for the price and the country

Main annoyance was arriving at Hotel at 6.30 from a long overnight flight to be advised that I couldn't check in until 12.00, however I could access ny room immediately on payment of 28 USD. This means that my room was available ( a large Hotel clearly not fully booked ) and I would have paid perhaps a 10USD premium but 28 was ridiculous so I refused. Poor money grabbing i thought.. In addition, wayer came out of bath tap discoloured, very off putting.

Good hotel, convenient and no issues

I always stay in Granados Park when I need to be in the center of town and/or when I need flexibility. The Hotel is always good at accommodating my needs. It has a nice classic look of luxury. It's an older hotel. But the staff is always very accommodating.

The hotel is beautiful, and is in a very convenient location for someone with business in Asuncion. The staff was very helpful, and even though there was not always an English speaker present, they went out of their way to help and find answers. The room was very clean, very-well appointed, and serviced by housekeeping daily. The breakfast and lounge areas are very beautiful and spotlessly clean. There is a grand old Roman Catholic Church within about three blocks (easy walking distance), and Sunday Mass is at 11:00. Our room was at the extreme southeast end of the building, and during a couple of nights there was noise from a nearby nightclub, but it was tolerable. Also, the water was not quite as hot as some are accustomed to, but that is not unusual in Paraguay. The room was inexpensive and was a tremendous bargain - I did not want to leave, and would be very pleased to stay there again!
